Major Duties 主要职责
· Conduct quality inspection, and monitor process control at supplier’s workshop to ensure the products meeting project requirements.
· 在供应商车间进行质量检验和过程控制，确保产品符合项目要求。
· Monitor QMP/PQIP/ITP/QSR and other project specifications have been implemented at supplier’s workshop.
· 监督QMP/PQIP/ITP/QSR和其他项目规范已在供应商车间实施。
· Handling NCR report (internal at supplier site).
· 处理NCR报告(供应商内部)。
· Supporting supplier audit.
· 支持供应商审核。
· Data analysis and continual improvement.
· 数据分析和持续改进。
· Training.

· Documentation.
· 文档。
· Technical support for Product Home, Procurement, and Project Management.
· 为产品导入、采购和项目管理提供技术支持。
· A liaison person for project quality issues at responsible supplier.
· 负责供应商项目质量问题的联络人。
· Participate in periodic project meetings.
· 参加定期项目会议。
· Participate in the manufacturing kick-off meetings, PIM at supplier site.
· 参与供应商现场的生产启动会议。
· Check the suppliers´ internal quality control plans and ensure this plan meet the requirements defined in Project Specifications.
· 检查供应商的内部质量控制计划，确保该计划符合项目规范的要求。
· Plan and coordinate the weekly QC activities according to the relevant Quality Monitoring Plan or whenever an intermediate visit is required to make sure quality fulfill the Project requirements.
· 根据相关的质量监控计划，计划和协调每周的质量控制活动，或在需要进行中间检查时，确保质量符合项目要求。
· Monitor that requirements in Project Specifications are fully implemented at supplier sites for each manufacturing process including quality documentation.
· 监控项目规范中的要求是否在供应商处得到充分执行，包括质量文档。
· Conduct product quality inspection according to Andritz WP/HP in ITP and QSR documents.
· 根据ITP和QSR文件中的Andritz WP/HP进行产品质量检验。
· Complaints handling.
· 投诉处理。
· Develop corrective action and preventive action (CAPA) with suppliers upon receiving complaints from customer.
· 在接到客户投诉后，与供应商一起制定纠正措施和预防措施(CAPA)。
· Prepare and submit inspection reports in time to Project relevant persons.
· 准备并及时向项目相关人员提交检验报告。
· Including reporting actual manufacturing progress and time schedule.
· 包括报告实际的生产进度和时间计划。
· Support VD for supplier continuous improvement.
· 支持供应商持续改进。
Competence 任职资格
· Mechanical or welding background in university,
· 大学机械或焊接专业背景，
· Competent English both in oral and writing
· 良好的英语口语和写作能力
· Working years/Similar position or function/Industry
· 工作年限/类似职位或职能/行业
·
· 5 years as manufacturing Manager (workshop leader) specialized for boiler pressure parts manufacturing such as drum, membrane walls, header, coils manufacturing in a well know manufacturing workshop.
· 5年制造经理(车间领导)，在知名制造车间专门从事锅炉压力部件的制造，如汽包、膜式壁、联箱、蛇形管的制造。
· Or, Minimum 5 year’s quality experiences in boiler business as Authorized inspector.
· 或至少5年以上锅炉行业质量经验。
· International project experiences.
· 国际项目经验。
· Knowledge of the National and International boiler manufacturing related Standards and Codes, such as TSG, GB, ASME and etc.
· 了解国家和国际锅炉制造相关标准和规范，如TSG、GB、ASME等。
· Understanding of boiler production technologies for pressure parts such as drum, membrane wall, header and coils.
· 了解锅炉压力部件如汽包、膜式壁、联箱、蛇形管的生产技术。
· Experiences on metal material, forming, welding, PWHT and NDE.
· 有金属材料，成形，焊接，PWHT和无损检测方面的经验。
· Awareness of quality system, management and control.
· 质量体系、管理和控制意识。
· Balance skill among quality, schedule and cost.
· 平衡质量、进度和成本。
· Awareness of alignment between department, company goal and self-honor.
· 了解部门、公司目标和自我荣誉之间的一致性。
· Ability of advising and improving the suppliers’ process, and of problem solving.
